Slotted nicely between Christchurch (5 miles) with its quay and Norman castle ruins and pretty Lymington (6.5 miles) with its sea water baths, you'll also find you have easy access to Poole (16 miles) and Bournemouth (10 miles) with their stunning beaches and cosmopolitan vibe. A little closer to home, Highcliffe Castle (2 miles) will wow any history buffs out there, whilst its gardens were laid out by non other than Capability Brown Heading up the garden path you access this beautiful cottage directly into the light and bright sunroom which overlooks the garden, here you can relax with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet. Further on you enter the lounge/diner, which is the perfect spot to relax and watch a film as it has an open fire and TV/DVD. Leading on from here you enter the hallway which has a compact separate WC, washing machine in the cupboard under the stairs and leads to the kitchen immediately to your right. The well equipped and stylish space has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Rising from the hallway are winding cottage stairs, leading to a pretty dressing room with a king size bedroom next door. Adjacent to here is a stylish double bedroom and a contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Going outside from the sunroom you will find a private garden with pretty patio, garden furniture and a long stretch of lawn.
