Close to the idyllic village of Woodgreen, this location is the ideal setting for a relaxing break within the beautiful New Forest National Park, yet with easy access to a wide selection of attractions. Younger guests will delight in a trip to Paultons Park or Marwell Zoo and lovers of history can visit Salisbury Cathedral, home to a copy of the Magna Carta. There are numerous walks and riding routes weaving through this unique and fragile landscape, with plenty of local amenities to be found nearby too. Why not travel to the coast at Lymington or spend a day in the vibrant city of Southampton for some retail therapy? A shared driveway leads through the farmyard to the private gated entrance into this detached lodge style property, which is adjacent to the owners stable yard. A gravel path and slope lead to the door. Once inside you are met with a welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is immediately to your right and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is space to dine just opposite and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV. The bedrooms lead off from an inner hallway and there is a comfortable king size and a cosy twin room (with 2ft 6 beds) to choose from. The bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside via the main entrance door will take you onto a deck that wraps around the property on two sides. This area is ideal for enjoying a light meal, charcoal BBQ or sundowner, and has views over the surrounding fields, stables and a small stream running nearby. Beneath the deck is an area of lawn and an ample gravel parking area with stepping stones across to the private, sheltered hot tub.
