Entrance into large kitchen/diner. The dining area has a large ash table seating 6 guests. The well equipped kitchen includes electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave Nespresso machine and washing machine. Door to conservatory.
The conservatory has doors on to the garden and includes comfortable seating and has a CD player.
The cosy lounge includes comfortable seating, beautiful inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, Smart TV with TalkTalkTV including ‘add on’ Sky film package, Bluetooth sound bar and DVD player. Another door from the lounge leads out into the conservatory also. Open tread stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor.
Bedroom 1 double bed (4ft 6in) with en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 single bed (3ft).
Bedroom 3 small single bed (2ft 6in) with small pull out bed underneath, can be pushed together to make large double (please note space will be restricted when the second bed is used).
Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
