A downstairs shower room is conveniently placed for washing off sandy toes after a trip to the beach!

On the first floor there are two bedrooms; the master is a spacious double with built in storage, and a cosy single bedroom overlooks the back garden, with light streaming in through the large window. The bustling coastal town of Lymington is filled with cobbled streets, quirky shops, and a Georgian High Street with weekly Saturday market. Guests can take a ferry from the marina across to the Isle of Wight and enjoy the breath-taking views back across the pretty town.
