The bright and airy kitchen/diner benefits from skylights and bi-fold doors opening straight onto the rear garden, giving a sun-filled spacious area to prepare meals and entertain with the garden always in view. A downstairs shower room is conveniently placed for washing off sandy toes after a trip to the beach!

On the first floor there are two bedrooms; the master is a spacious double with built in storage, and a cosy single bedroom overlooks the back garden, with light streaming in through the large window. A family bathroom with shower over the bath and limestone floor is set in between the bedrooms. A second staircase leads up to a delightful twin bedroom under the eaves.

The bustling coastal town of Lymington is filled with cobbled streets, quirky shops, and a Georgian High Street with weekly Saturday market. Guests can take a ferry from the marina across to the Isle of Wight and enjoy the breath-taking views back across the pretty town. Just a short stroll from the property is the start of the coastal path leading along the sea wall to Keyhaven. There are various beaches within easy reach of the property which offer a great day out, and the New Forest National Park is a short drive or cycle away, with miles of tracks and footpaths to explore amongst the free-roaming ponies.
