Hollybank Cottage, New Milton

New Forest. Sleeps up to 6

New for 2022

Hollybank Cottage is new to the holiday rental market this year. Downstairs there is plenty of space to spread out, with a large comfortable sitting room with cosy wood burning stove for chillier evenings in, leading into a bright sun-filled conservatory with rattan bistro set, both offering a pleasant spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening tipple! A separate dining room in the oldest part of the cottage leads into a well-equipped kitchen and useful utility room, plus a small study with piano and work space completes the downstairs living area.

Upstairs, the three charming double bedrooms are accessed via two separate staircases. There is an en-suite shower room and dressing area within the master bedroom, and the luxuriously fitted family bathroom sits conveniently between the remaining two bedrooms.

Outside, the large private rear garden can be accessed through French doors from both the sitting room and conservatory. The bubbling hot tub is a fantastic addition, with endless fun and relaxation to be had during your stay. Hollybank Cottage is a perfect base for a family, group of friends and four-legged friends alike!

From the cottage the open Forest is a 10 minute stroll, with many walking and cycling routes to explore. The villages of Burley and Brockenhurst and the popular market town of Lymington are no more than a short drive away, as are the beaches at Highcliffe, Avon Beach, Barton on Sea and Milford on Sea. The closest town of New Milton has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

This thoughtfully-equipped, characterful cottage offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests, making an excellent base from which to explore the New Forest National Park and local coastline of Christchurch Bay and the Solent.
