Welcome to April Cottage: a wonderfully relaxing New Forest hideaway where you will have a very comfortable stay. Newly decorated and furnished and fully equipped. With its Grade II listing and being over 300 years old, this cob built thatched cottage oozes in history and charm. The historic construction method allows it to be warm in winter and cool in the summer.

Beautiful sitting room, exposed timber beams and a lovely south facing outlook over the gardens and pool.
Farmhouse style kitchen/dinning room fitted with a range of handmade oak units, table for 8, tall fridge freezer, Rayburn range , exposed timber beams, doors to front garden and rear courtyard.
Separate utility room which also doubles as space for pet beds, and a door to outside to secure rear courtyard.
Off the utility there is a fully tiled wet room with a level access shower area, wash basin and WC.
Ground floor bedroom four with built in storage, windows to garden and pool and french doors to side giving access to the garden courtyard, door through to useful area with fridge in turn providing access to the fully tiled en-suite shower room fitted with a modern white suite
Three first floor bedrooms all with built in storage, two with en-suite shower rooms, one with en-suite bathroom all fitted with modern bathrooms and under floor heating.
Outside you can enjoy the garden, courtyard with outside dining table and chairs, the deck with further table and chairs and the wonderful swimming pool (open May to end of September) - Please bring towels for the pool.

The property occupies a convenient position in the centre of Hordle benefitting from the adjacent Budgens store and petrol station.
