The stylish lounge, with log burner for chilly out of season evenings, opens into a private courtyard which is festooned with lighting and features a oval pod for al fresco entertaining whatever the weather! A rattan dining set with central fire pit completes the picture.

Upstairs there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two luxury shower rooms, with the master bedroom suite and private bathroom occupying the top floor. There is plenty of space everyone to relax after a busy day exploring, with extra TV’S in two of the bedrooms.

Just a short stroll and you are in the heart of Lymington, with its bustling high street and many independent shops, cafes and eateries. A cobbled quay leads leads down to the water’s edge where local fishing boats offload their daily catch. The ancient Saturday charter market lines the High Street each week and is a must visit, with its vast selection of stalls and crafts. The Lymington sea water baths, with inflatable course and kayak/paddle board hire, is close by, and for a more energetic walk or cycle, continue along the sea wall and enjoy the views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. For an exciting day out, take the train from Lymington Town station and board a ferry to the Isle of Wight! The beautiful New Forest National Park is within a 10 minute drive with miles of heathland to explore - enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys.

Please note this property can only accept a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children due to the bed configurations.
