Other nearby attractions are the towns of Poole and Bournemouth, the famous sandbanks beach, beautiful Poole harbor and the new Forrest which is just a 20 minute drive away. Head into the Cranborne Chase AONB which lies practically on your doorstep, for gorgeous scenery and landscapes to discover on walks and bike rides, or travel to the National Trust owned Kingston Lacey House, a huge country mansion holding fascinating Egyptian artefacts and a notable art collection.
