Bedroom 4: A twin (2ft 6 beds suitable for children) or double bedroom (both twin rooms can be used as double beds, but the beds will be made up as 2 singles).
The Barn sleeps 2. The barn is attractively restored with beams visible and locally quarried flag stone floor. This cosy barn is open plan with an L-shaped kitchen/living room downstairs and double bedroom above. The kitchen is supplementary to the main farmhouse kitchen and has an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge/ freezer. The living space has comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, piano, woodburning stove and storage heater.
Bedroom 5: The gallery bedroom has a 5ft double bed and is reached by steep oak ladder stairs.
There is a downstairs shower room with toilet, hand basin and bathroom heater.

This fabulous old farmhouse and barn is in a stunning location set at 1,000 ft above sea level in a spectacular location with panoramic views over the Wye Valley and Hereforshire with walks straight from the door. There are many footpaths near the cottage and farmhouse and the open hillside of the Black Mountains is close; an ideal place for walkers. BULLEN'S BANK & LLANGAIN CAN BE USED TOGETHER.
The local village is Dorstone has an excellent pub The Pandy Inn. Also make sure you visit Arthur's Stone only a few minutes drive along the lanes. Why not explore the Rive Wye by Canoe or Kayak, the lane by Vespa all available for hire from Wye Valley Canoes in Glasbury. While you are there try The River Cafe excellent for a casual lunch beside the River Wye. Mountain bikes can be hired in Hay-on-Wye from Drovers Mountain Bikes; there is The Black Mountains Gliding Club near Talgarth and Microlights at Shobden Airfield. There is also parascending course on Hay Bluff - a wealth of activities for the adventurous visitors.
For the less adventurous there are plenty of great antique shops, galleries, boutiques and shops to browse in Hay and some really great pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
