If you love being outdoors and want a simple life experience, this may be just what you are looking for.
We warmly welcome you to stay in our cosy 4m bell tent, one of only three, in an open paddock surrounded by fields and a working farm. There is enough space to give you privacy. If you are lucky you can spot deer, foxes and an abundance of wild birds among which are red kites and buzzards, and under a clear night sky, the stars are amazing and will leave you in awe.
Inside your bell tent is a comfortable 3/4 bed with cotton linen and anti allergy bedding. Blankets, towels and toiletries are provided as well as bottled spring water and complimentary tea, herbals and coffee. There is a small chest of drawers and a couple of loungers for use outdoor. You have your own firepit/bbq and we sell charcoal and wood or you can bring your own.
The outdoor hot water shower is shared with up to six other guests, as well as the dry compost toilet. We aim to reduce water and be as eco as possible. In the shared outdoor kitchenette is a gas hob, electric kettle, toaster and mictowave as well as a fridge and freezer.
If you don't fancy cooking, we can provide homecooked breakfast, lunch /picnic, afternoon tea and supper using eggs from our own hens, veg and herbs from the organic veg patch and local, organic suppliers where possible. Vegetarian gluten and dairy free is a speciality, along with ayurveda cooking. You may like a lesson! Herefordshire is abundant with food from cheese to cider, craft beers and gin, and of course, Hereford beef. Let us know in advance if you would like us to provide you with any meals at a reasonable cost so we can be prepared.
One of your hosts is an experienced and established yoga teacher offering private or group guidance with the other guests. Price is depending and can be arranged once you are here.
The nearest pub is a drive away, in the countryside, and you can find more in the nearby pretty black and white village of Weobly, 6 miles or so away, which is part of the Black and White Trail. The historic city of Hereford is 7.5miles away. You can visit the market towns of Leominster, Ledbury, Ross-On-Wye and Hay-on-Wye, and the River Wye is a good walk away.
We can guide you with places to visit, available outdoor activities and walks or you may prefer to switch off your phone, curl up with a good book and simply be. Herefordshire is beautiful. Come and feel rested and rejuvinated! What are you waiting for?
This cabin is located in Hereford. The Herefordshire Golf Club and Ticknock Mountain Bike Trails are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Weir Garden and Herefordshire Raceway.
