Step back in time at Clearwell Caves or Hopewell Colliery (both 12 miles). You ll be spoilt for choice with market towns, as both Monmouth (9.5 miles) and Ross on Wye (3 miles) are within easy reach. Ross on Wye is hailed as the birthplace of modern tourism with its 17th century market house, and Monmouth is the birthplace of Henry V. Surrounded by rolling countryside and set within the grounds of the owner s home, this traditional stone barn is simply perfect for couples and small families wanting to explore the Wye Valley. The barn is both beautifully presented and spacious, offering access via the open garage which is a great place for muddy boots after a day of exploring.
