Stepping into the property, the open-plan living space invites you in after a long day of discovering the local area; kick off your shoes and settle in for the evening on the plush corner sofa while you catch up on your favourite programmes on the TV. Guests will benefit from a bathroom, fit with a bath, shower over, basin and WC where you can freshen up ahead of your day, or soak in a bubble bath on return from a long walk in the countryside. Outside, there is a small seating area on the patio, accessed through a traditional barn door, so you can take your dining al fresco in the evenings. If you don't fancy cooking, head into the city of Hereford for a bite to eat; you will be spoilt for choice with the many eateries in the city centre, why not try La Madelaine for lunch and a coffee and cake stop, or perhaps give The Beefy Boys a try for rustic and hearty meals in the evenings. The area is home to a wealth of attractions for you to discover throughout your trip, including the Waterworks Museum and the Hereford Museum and Art Gallery; each host fascinating exhibitions focussing on the development of Hereford through the years on cultural and industrial levels. Nature lovers will enjoy a day at the Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo, home to tropical butterflies and exotic plants while being just walking distance from the magnificent Forest of Dean.
