It's just a few minutes walk to the varied independent shops, cafes and restaurants in Hay on Wye with the ancient castle now being stored in the midst of this small quirky independant little thriving town of books. Keen walkers will love the cottage as it is easy to get out of Hay onto the hills or just for a stroll down to the River Wye.
Offa's Dyke walking trail runs 200m from the front door and the Black Mountains and The Brecon Bacons are a short drive away.

Kitchen / dining room - spacious and well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, slim line dishwasher, microwave, fridge with a freezer box and a large dining table with 6 chairs.
Comfortable living room with two double sofas and a chair, gas fire and TV with DVD player and Freeview.
