This family friendly accommodation provides thoughtful features for all ages with a lower ground floor games room including table football, games, books and a television, ideal for our younger guests to create special holiday memories in their own den. The grown ups will appreciate the comfort of the open-plan living area upstairs on the ground floor with a contemporary feature gas fire in the sitting area, modern and bright kitchen, brought together by the sociable dining area in the middle. The bedrooms are split over the first and second floors with a king-size and a single on each floor. There are two en-suites and a family shower room along with a useful lower ground floor cloakroom with utility area.
3 Palace Yard is perfectly situated for taking full advantage of all the delights of the city, being picturesquely situated directly opposite the cathedral, Chained Library, and the world famous Mappa Mundi exhibition, it is just a two to three minute level walk from the bars and restaurants of Broad Street, as well as the boutique shops in nearby Church Street. The fabulous Old Market development is a further three to five minute level walk housing a Waitrose, a six-screen Odeon cinema and numerous further bars and restaurants.
