Barn Conversion In A Peaceful Location Ideal For Exploring The Welsh Borders., Hereford

Herefordshire. Sleeps up to 6

The 17th century Yew Tree Barn is set in a courtyard with the owners farmhouse on a working dairy farm where we also make our delicious Kelsmor ice cream. Yew Tree Barn has its own patio with table and chairs, and a shared garden with a small lake.
The barn was converted to give a light modern space but still retains the character and beams. The slate floored entrance hall leads to three oak floored bedrooms and the main bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, and a door to the patio. The third bedroom has a 4ft6inch double bed and a 3ft single bed and also has a door to the patio. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
From the hall stairs lead to the first floor and the large vaulted open plan kitchen, dining and living space, ideal for socialising. Off the kitchen is a utility room containing the washing machine & tumble drier.
Large windows allow light to pour into the barn making it a very airy space. Doors from the living area lead to a small balcony where you can sit with a coffee or a glass of wine watching the cows in the paddock, or the rabbits playing, and the sun setting over Garway Hill.
The underfloor heating throughout the barn is powered by a ground source heat pump which also heats the water.

Located in Hereford, this vacation home is in a rural area. Brecon Beacons National Park and Wye Valley reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Oldfield Forge and Battlelands Paintball. Traveling with kids? Consider Symonds Yat West Leisure Park and Perrygrove Railway & Treetop Adventure. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
