Located a 10 min downhill walk along the side of a wood to Ledbury town and close to a supermarket.

The cottage is a 10-15 minute walk to Ledbury station.

Ledbury is a charming market town with cobbled streets, a market house, and wattle and daub buildings.

Rose cottage is located in the Malvern Hills OANB and on the edge of Forestry Commission woodland there are many walks available from the front door. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Malvern hills, with many walks on hand, including the iron age settlement of British Camp.

Amenities include: WiFi , large TV (Netflix, Now TV, Disney+, Prime video), dishwasher, board games, record player, and parking for up to three cars.

Please note Rose Cottage is located on a fairly steep hill and is therefore not suitable for those who have impaired mobility. Getting from the parking space to the house alone involves a long set of steps, and the house is situated on four levels. There are no beds available on the ground floor. There are several steep drops in the garden and is therefore not recommended for families with young children.

This cottage is located in Ledbury. Butcher Row House Museum and Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Three Counties Showground and The International Centre for Birds of Prey. John Moore Countryside Museum and BattleSports Glos are also worth visiting.
