The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom, twin bedroom and superking (or twin) bedroom, family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.

- The property is on our family farm - we have 135 acres. You are welcome to immerse yourselves in our farm and we have a 3km walk through the fields. You will see cows, sheep, horses and chickens. We live on site and can answer any questions you have about farming life!
- The Coach House sleeps 6 (one double room and two twin rooms). One of the twin rooms can be made up to a superking bed (please request when you book).
- Two bathrooms - ground floor shower room with WC. First floor bathroom with bath and WC.
- Parking adjacent to the property. Please let us know if you have more than 2 cars.
- Private lawned garden. Rear patio area with table, chairs and BBQ.
- Dogs welcome - we charge £25 per dog per stay. Payable upon arrival or we can add this payment via Airbnb.
- All bed linen and towels provided.
- Central heating with underfloor heating at ground floor.
- Fibre broadband / Wi-Fi is provided. The internet speed is suitable if you need to work from the property.
- Smart TV in the living room (Netflix compatible). Selection of DVDs & games.
- Hairdryer x 2
- Nespresso coffee machine (takes original Nespresso pods).
- Fridge /freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, washing line, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board.
- Crockery and cutlery for dining up to 12 people.
- Kitchen utensils and saucepans provided.
- Gas BBQ with gas supplied.
- Kitchen basics provided - salt/pepper, teabags, sugar, fresh milk.
- Cleaning products provided - washing up liquid, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths.
- Bathroom products provided: toilet paper and hand soap
- Cot, highchair and stair gate available.
Outside, there is a secure garden with car parking. We have a flag-stoned patio with dining area and barbecue for you to enjoy on warmer days.
The property is on a 135-acre working farm. You are welcome to walk around the grounds and enjoy the surrounding countryside (please ask Sally on arrival for best walking routes). We have cows, sheep and horses on the farm, very popular with children!
Dogs are welcome. There is a charge of £25 per dog per stay.
