About the property
This beautiful cottage is the perfect base to explore the local countryside whilst holidaying within a privately owned country estate with friends and family. The estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you, and your four-legged friends, to get some fresh air.
The space
This luxurious cottage makes a wonderful home for up to 8 guests. To the ground floor there is a large fully fitted kitchen/dining area finished to an extremely high standard and floors laid to porcelain tiling. There is a range of quality fitted units, island and table with seating for 10 guests. With all the mod cons you can think of plus an extra TV that can help inspire your culinary endeavours. With the same exquisite flooring leading through to the large lounge area with its cosy wood-burner and patio opening into a good-sized enclosed garden which features a hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ (Charcoal is not provided).
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master with super king size bed, luxury linens, TV and en-suite comprising high quality fittings, bath with overhead shower, WC and two individual wash hand basins. Double patio doors open out to the enclosed garden area. The second ground floor bedroom is a standard double that has a zip lock bed that can become a twin and directly opposite a superb shower room, WC and wash basin.
To the first floor via a wooden staircase are two more standard double rooms again furnished to a very high finish and both with a wall mounted TV. One of the rooms has a a zip lock bed that can become a twin. The main bathroom is found on this floor comprising bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There are multiple car parking spaces.
Guest access
The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guests on arrival.
Sustainability
The property benefits from solar PV panels and is heated by a biomass central heating system.

This is automatically added to your booking – please contact us to remove this option and either add Booking Protect detailed below or to pay the Refundable Accidental Damage Deposit.

For your complete peace of mind, we offer Booking Protect. With Booking Protect, if you are no longer able to travel as intended, we will arrange a change of date or a full refund for you minus the cost of Booking Protect and the admin fee of £75.
In addition to the flexibility to rearrange your dates, Booking Protect covers accidental damage during your stay at the property up to the value of the Accidental Damage Deposit for the booked Property.

Located in Leominster, this cottage is in a rural area. Mortimer Forest and Ticknock Mountain Bike Trails are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Broadfield Court and Herefordshire Raceway.
