The house has 1 bathroom with bath and shower over bath and 1 downstair toilet with a sink The kitchen is fully equipped along with separate washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, one large Fridge Freezer, Oven and 2 microwaves - everything that will be required for comfortable and enjoyable stays by our guests.

The house is modern and newly renovated with all modern amenities. Our guests staying here enjoys everything, from shopping, restaurants, spa, cinema, library, a walk in the woods and a 28 mins train journey to Central London- all within a short walking distance.

Please note there is NO PARKING available for this property during the day however parking from 6pm to 8 am is free on street and also on Sundays. There are around 5 NCPs in this area within 5 -7 mins walking distance and the close proximity from the town centre and station also allows our guests to use all types of public transports within a short distance.

Located in Welwyn Garden City, this vacation home is in the city center. Warner Bros.
