This magnificent country manor is in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding mountains and close to Loch Ness. Situated between Fort Augustus (8 miles) and Inverness (25 miles) Fort Augustus has a small selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and offers spectacular views down Loch Ness, it is a paradise for keen walkers, the most popular being the Great Glen Way. Whether you're hiking through rugged hills, hurtling down mountain bike trails, white water rafting or cruising Loch Ness in search for the Loch Ness Monster, you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you. Fort William is renowned for being an all year round destination; water sports in the summer and skiing in the winter months. Enter this luxurious property, leave your muddy boots in the cloakroom and step inside to discover a marvellous grand entrance hall with a large dining table, the perfect place to enjoy a family meal and take in the views of the countryside from the French doors that lead out to the garden. There are 2 sumptuous lounges, one on either side of the hall, both feature a traditional fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV. Take a seat by the pond (fenced) and relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. There are two private hot tubs and a barrel sauna, along with a seating area, a charcoal BBQ and a gas BBQ for al fresco dining on a warmer day. In the garage for your own amusement is a ping pong table and dartboard. There is ample off road parking for up to eight cars available next to the property.
