This traditional cottage in the centre of Inverness has been renovated to a high standard. Fairfield Lane Cottage is suitable for guests visiting the Highlands on holiday, business users looking for short or longer stays and is a perfect base camp to explore more of the Highlands or enjoy what Inverness has to offer.

Ground floor.
Open plan lounge/kitchen is furnished with a 2-seater settee and armchair, coffee table, TV with Freeview and gas fire. Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and kitchenware. Cloakroom toilet and small hallway to the back door which exits to an alleyway. There is an iron and ironing board. First floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside cabinets and lights, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an alarm clock radio and hairdryer. Shower room: Plumbed shower with on demand hot water, wash hand basin and WC. All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary pods of coffee, sugar, teabags.

There are many Taxis in Inverness. A car is recommended but not needed. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for any assistance you require during your stay. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.

This cottage is located in Inverness City Centre, a neighborhood in Inverness. Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and Eden Court Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Inverness Botanic Gardens and Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park. Tazball Paintball & Lazer Combat Arena and Campbells of Beauly are also worth visiting.
