The Skye Bridge now uses the Isle as a stepping stone. From Kyleakin, buses frequently travel over the bridge to the bustling community of Kyle of Lochalsh.

Plockton Harbour and Torabhaig Distillery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Glas Eilean and Loch Carron.
