The apartment is on the ground floor and offers open plan living area with snug couches, Smart TV, dining table and four chairs and is decorated to an extremely high standard the theme being Nairn and the Highlands. The kitchen and lounge overlook the River Nairn where swans and mallard ducks swim and nest. There is a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two bedrooms in the property both are doubles with feature walls, wardrobes, bedside tables and accessories. The modern shower room has shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit, toilet and sockets complete with hard-wired hairdryer and straighteners. Outside to the rear of the property there is a slate covered seating area with alfresco table and chairs. The front of the property has a gravelled garden area to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. There is off street parking at the side of the apartment for one car and ample free street parking for more. Nairn has lots to offer golf lovers have the choice of two courses on your doorstep and 20 minutes to one of the newest courses in the area Castle Stuart. The beach and harbour are minutes from the apartment. There are a varied selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars for visitors to enjoy.
Inverness city is only 20 minutes away by car there is a bus and train service into the city where you can enjoy all that Inverness has to offer. Nairn is the perfect location to base and explore Moray and it’s Whisky Trail. Beach ½ mile. Pub and restaurant 100 yards.
