Braefoot is a traditional Scottish cottage situated in the Scottish Highlands in the small town of Fortrose, renowned for Chanonry point as one of the best places in the UK for dolphin spotting.
This property is just 25 metres from the seashore and is a perfect basecamp for exploring the wider reaches of the Highlands of Scotland.
Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen diner with views to the south over the Moray Firth. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. The dining table seats four guests.
The lounge has seating for four guests and also overlooks the garden and Moray Firth to the south. There is a TV and wood burning stove.
On the first floor there are two bedroom; one double room and one twin with two single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside there a garden with seating and off-street parking for two cars.
The cottage has electric heating throughout. Wi-fi is included.
No smoking.

Check-in time is 5PM - 10PM. Check out time is 9AM.
This apartment is located in Fortrose. Groam House Museum and Cromarty Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fortrose Cathedral and Chanonry Point Lighthouse. Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park and Black Isle Wildlife Park are also worth visiting.
