The lounge offers guests a large airy room with south facing French windows. 3-seater and 2-seater leather settees, coffee table, TV with Freeview, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror, dining table and chairs for 4 guests. The kitchen is off the lounge and has a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, built in fridge/ freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, French press and toaster. There is a small breakfast table suitable for 2 guests. The master bedroom is a spacious room furnished with a king-size bed (US Queen), bedside cabinets with lights, wall mounted mirror, chest of drawers with hairdryer, built in wardrobes. En-suite shower room with plumbed shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is equipped with 2-single beds, bedside unit with lights and wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. Quiet area of Inverness while not being far from the city centre and local amenities.
A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. There is a bus stop on the top main road as you enter the residential area, this runs through into Inverness and back. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
This apartment is located in Inverness. Inverness Castle and Culloden Battlefield are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Torvean Golf Club and Glen Ord Distillery. Inverness Botanic Gardens and Tazball Paintball & Lazer Combat Arena are also worth visiting.
