A cozy one bedroom highland cottage dating back to circa 1850 with several unique period features. Sleeps two guests, but can sleep up to four using the bed sofa. There is private parking to the rear of the property and only 2 hundred yards off the world famous North Coast 500 route (NC500). The property is located on the banks of the Black Water River. With easy access to walks straight from your door. Garve is a fantastic base to explore some of the best of the true highlands of Scotland and only 23 miles from the city of Inverness. The cottage was lovingly restored in 2018 by current owners John & Helen, and now boasts traditional features but with modern comforts.

This cottage is located in Garve. Dingwall Museum and Eden Court Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Castle Leod and Glen Ord Distillery. Campbells of Beauly and Aigas Field Centre are also worth visiting.
