The ground floor consists of: The lounge offers guests a spacious room with great natural light, 2 x 2-seater settees, armchair, coffee table, smart TV with Freesat channels. Patio doors opening to large veranda with outdoor furniture. Spectacular views over the Dornoch Firth and surrounding area. Metal and glass balustrade allowing great views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and plenty kitchenware. Boiler cupboard housing oil fired central heating boiler, ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner. The porch off the kitchen with door to driveway. Cloakroom with WC off the porch. The dining room benefits from a spacious and airy room with dining table and chairs for 6 and 2 sideboards. Porch with access to front door. The master bedroom consists of a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and chair. Great views toward the Dornoch Firth. The second bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinets with light, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror. Great views toward the Dornoch Firth and surrounding area. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. The lower floor consists of: The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Great views over the garden toward the Dornoch Firth. The games room benefits from a large room with table tennis table. The garden offers guests a large garden to the front of the house, mainly grass. Covered seating area under the veranda. Washing line. Off-road parking for 2 cars in the driveaway at the back of house, just off the single-track road to Dornoch.

A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands (especially in the Dornoch area). Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. There is a bus stop in Dornoch that can take you North and South of Dornoch. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
This vacation home is located in Dornoch. Skibo Castle and Carn Liath are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal Dornoch Golf Club and Tain Golf Course.
