Groam cottage is an 18th century cottage recently renovated to modern standards. The cottage is located in the heart of Rosemarkie village and only a few minutes walk from the beach. A local grocery store, gift shops and Plough Inn are just around the corner. For golf enthusiasts the cottage is located about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the historic Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf course. Many other outdoor pursuits are available locally; Dolphin spotting, sailing, fishing, shooting and hill walking to name a few.
Groam cottage with wood burning stove, underfloor heating and on demand hot water offers a cosy base from where you can explore the wider highlands.

The cottage is located just off Rosemarkie High Street in a private gated plot with parking for one car. Additional parking is available immediately next to the property if required. The house comes with broadband unlimited free wifi.

Note that the cottage is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The stairs are quite steep and bathroom is located on ground floor.

Located in Fortrose, this cottage is by the sea. Groam House Museum and Cromarty Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Black Isle Wildlife Park and Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Inverness Botanic Gardens and Iolaire. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
