Wells Street Cottage is a beautiful 1800s terraced cottage just a stroll away from the River Ness. City centre location. Sleeping up to 5 guests (2 double & 1 single) with a large, comfortable living space with free WiFi, smart TV and wonderful log burning stove. Our kitchen is bright & modern with all the equipment and appliances you should need to cook up a tasty meal. We have two double bedrooms & one single bedroom on the first floor along with our family bathroom with shower & bath located downstairs. Entry is via a safe key box located at the property. Just a 5 minute walk across old Inverness with beautiful views of the castle, cathedrals and churches on the way. We are ideally situated to enjoy Inverness without the need for cars and taxis. On street parking available.
Wells Street is an ideal location with the River Ness being at the bottom of the street - you can see the river from our doorstep! We also have multiple supermarkets within walking distance for all your essentials. Ideally placed for checking out our local bars and restaurants all of which are on our doorstep. Inverness it's self has many outdoor pursuits to engage in such as hill walking, multiple golf courses in and around Inverness, dolphin and seal watching which can sometimes be seen from the river itself, salmon/sea trout fishing, deer stalking, North Coast 500, Loch Ness is only 15min drive away, an abundance of natural wildlife to see at arms reach and much much more. Wells street serves as the perfect base for exploring whilst enjoying a peaceful city centre location.
Inverness Train Station is only a 5 mi ute walk away & Inverness Airport is only a 20 minute drive away.
This cottage is located in Inverness City Centre, a neighborhood in Inverness. Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and Eden Court Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Torvean Golf Club and Aigas Golf Course. Inverness Botanic Gardens and Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
