As well as the garden which Osgood spent his life dedicated to developing, he also built an original Scottish baronial-style house, which was destroyed by a fire and later rebuilt by Osgood’s daughter Mairi and her husband, Ronald, edging away from the Scottish baronial-style and instead, a more art-deco style specked with Dutch Colonial features. Inverewe House Apartment can be found on the first floor of the house, where you will find a well-equipped and contemporary kitchen/diner, here you can rustle up tasty dishes ready to enjoy at the dining table for six over a bottle of celebratory fizz.
