The village boasts the spectacular beachscape known as the 'silver sands of Morar', a collection of white sandy beaches with azure waters. Nearby is the town of Mallaig, a popular fishing village with a number of shops and places to eat, or further afield is the Scottish Highland town of Fort William, the gateway to the Glen Nevis Valley.
