To the rear of the property there is a stunning landscaped garden with a large pond with views of the River Findhorn and Findhorn Viaduct.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen and separate boot room, a large hall, main wet room bathroom, lounge and dining room, sun lounge, two bedrooms (1 en-suite wet room). There are wood burning stoves in the lounge and kitchen.

Upstairs there is a large landing and seating area, a secret library door leads to an en-suite bedroom, there are two further bedrooms.
