In the north-eastern corner of Anglesey you can find the village of Amlwch, a historic fishing village home to Golygfa Ynys (Island View), a hidden gem in Anglesey's crown. Suitable for a group of walkers or an active family because of the garden that backs onto the coastal path, you have walks beginning from your doorstep, so you can easily take advantage of this perfect location to explore this island on foot. Entering the property through the front door brings you straight into the open-plan living space, beginning with the sitting room, featuring a leather sofa suite, you will definitely look forward to coming back to these sofas after a hard days walking, putting a favourite show or film on the TV. Beyond this is the conservatory, which boasts magnificent views from the windows onto the luscious green back garden, and the blue sea for miles beyond, a lovely resting spot for you as you gaze out over a warm and calm evening. A dining table sits in the conservatory in the winter, but can be moved outdoors in summer, so you can enjoy alfresco dining when the weather is nice, or dine indoors when there's a chill while still taking in the gorgeous natural backdrop as scenery. Over in the kitchen area, you can expect to find a breakfast table and a good range of appliances, with the all-important washing machine in place so you don't have to pack your whole wardrobe. Hosting three excellent bedrooms, the larger of the three is the king-size master bedroom, with a good deal of space and boasting two sets of double doors out to the patio and garden, with the same views of the sea as the conservatory, you can wake up to the ocean with your morning cup of tea in hand. If you're staying in this room you also benefit from an en-suite bathroom containing a free-standing bath, basin and WC, while the other two rooms are serviced by a bathroom containing a bath with shower over, basin and WC, both sparkling white and with high quality fittings. A double room and a bunk room mean this property can sleep up to six people along with the king-size, making it a great size for a larger family or a group of couples. One of the first activities on your list has to be heading down to the end of the garden and hopping onto the coastal path, where you will not be short of gorgeous views with a clear day even bringing you a glimpse of the Isle of Man. Walk westward to Cemaes where you can find some lovely sandy beaches to walk on, or stop and dip your toes in the sea before having a wander around the pretty village. Bull Bay Golf Club lies within walking distance, so whether you've brought your clubs with you or you need to hire some, head over there for a play on the course on a summer’s day, before heading into Amlwch to decide where to dine for the evening. Golygfa Ynys (Island View) will be an amazing place to stay thanks to its fantastic location right on the coast and its spacious and well-presented rooms.
