Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Set in a tranquil location with stunning countryside views, The Stables is the perfect place to relax. This detached cottage is situated on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Shiskine, and the main living space which is open plan with the kitchen and dining area, takes in the views from all angles. French doors open out to the back garden with patio area, where guests can enjoy the views with a glass of wine. In the morning, throw open the bedroom curtains and relax in bed with a morning coffee and take in the beautiful views. The wood burner makes this cottage really cosy in the cooler months, so great for a winter getaway.
The Stables has been built to take advantage of the stunning countryside, and is in the grounds of the main house which is not a permanent residence. Access to the property is shared, with The Stables having its own parking space and private garden. Blackwaterfoot is less than 2 miles away where there are many amenities, it offers a convenience store, butchers, bakers and a hotel with leisure facilities, including a restaurant and bar which may be used by non residents. There is also a beach and golf club, Blackwaterfoot is known for its amazing pink sunsets, which guests may be lucky to experience during their stay. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Located in Isle of Arran, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Machrie Moor Stone Circles and Torrylinn Cairn are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Shiskine Golf & Tennis Club and Brodick Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Torrylinn Creamery, or check out an event or a game at Auchrannie Leisure Centre. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
