The property has a comfortable living room with a cosy wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large conservatory with comfortable rattan furniture, with doors that lead into a large garden which is lawned and fully enclosed. On the first floor are two comfortable bedrooms comprising a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. Both are served by the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Private parking for 2 cars is available to the side of the property.
Nearby Brodick and Lamlash have a good selection of place to eat and have a wee dram. There is also a host of local shops and local produce, where you can purchase everything needed to create hearty home cooked meals back at the cottage. This really is the perfect location to explore the stunning beaches and coastline that the Isle of Arran has to offer. There are multiple walks to be enjoyed directly from the doorstep and some amazing cycle routes to boot. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Located in Isle of Arran, this cottage is on a river. Machrie Moor Stone Circles and Torrylinn Cairn are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Brodick Isle of Arran Ferry Terminal and Arran Coastal Way. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like golfing.
