The house is spacious and has a large back garden to sit in and enjoy the views.
The house consists of a bedroom with king size bed downstairs,lounge with multi fuel stove,kitchen and 2 bathrooms both with showers.
Upstairs has 1 single rooms and a boxroom which also has a single bed..The third room consists of a queen bed.
There is a local shop a few minutes drive away which is well stocked with various local goods.There is also a hairdressers,barbers and a takeaway coffee shop with home made baking.
Gress river is popular with fishing enthusiasts and permits can be bought from the local shop.
There is a community centre in Coll which has a golf range.
