The Haven, Ventnor

The Haven is a superbly appointed detached holiday house in Ventnor that sleeps 10 people, with room for up to 8 adults and an additional 2 pull-out beds suitable for children. Located in a region of the Isle of Wight that's well known for its balmy Mediterranean-style climate, it makes for the ideal summer getaway. There are coastal trails a mere minute's walk away, and the beautiful Steephill Cove is no further than a five minute stroll. It's not far from the popular seaside resort of Ventnor either, where you'll find further amenities and attractions, and there are plenty of other beaches nearby too.

On the ground floor of the Haven you'll find plenty of space to relax, including a comfortable sitting room which boasts a HD TV with Sky channels, as well as a comfortable snug room that's perfect for relaxing in seclusion. The spacious dining hall is the ideal space for a sit down meal, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare something delicious, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, as well as a dishwasher for cleaning up afterwards. One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, with a double bed, and there's also a cloakroom with a shower as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first floor has a gallery landing where you'll find a sofa and a separate TV with an Xbox 360 gaming console. There are also two double bedrooms up here, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. In addition to that is the twin bedroom, which has two single beds as well as two pull-out beds suitable for children (these beds can be joined into a further double bed if preferred). A family bathroom with a bath and large shower cubicle also resides on this floor.

Outside is a secluded rear garden, where a patio complete with garden furniture provides somewhere to sit and enjoy the warmer climate for which this area of the Isle of Wight is famed.
