The J House is a large, stylishly refurbished 6 bedroom townhouse with roof terrace and parking in the heart of nautical Cowes. With six bedrooms (two master bedrooms are en-suite) and a further five bathrooms.
On the ground floor, the kitchen’s fully equipped with modern appliances, so if you’re keen to sample the local produce with a home cooked meal you’ll be in your element. The dining area seats up to twelve and sliding doors lead out into a private courtyard area with patio furniture, outdoor shower and BBQ. You'll also find a comfortable living room with large flat screen Smart TV and DVD player, perfect for those times when you’re content to curl up with a book and enjoy some peace and quiet. The bedrooms are just as impressive as the rest of the house. Four of the them have zip and link beds and flat screen TVs and two of them have adults sized bunk beds. On the top floor there is a further lounge with a furnished balcony with amazing sea views and Cowes Marina.
There is parking for one car on the paved area in front of the house but please be extremely careful when parking here. It's a very tight space and all 4 wheels need to be on the paved area to prevent you for getting a fine for parking on the pavement. There is also paid parking at Northwood House car park a short walk from the house.
The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.
