Ward House is a superb detached New England style house in Cowes with extensive parking, a large lawned garden, outdoor kitchen (including pizza oven and Napoleon gas BBQ) and 13ft swim spa. The house has direct garden access to Northwood Park with its lawn bar and is a short walk to the historic and vibrant resort of Cowes with its array of restaurants, bars and boutique shops as well as the Red Jet Ferry Terminal and marinas.

Ward House provides extensive, spacious accommodation over 3 floors and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a gym and a children's snug with games console.
There is ample parking on a gravelled drive way and a large lawned enclosed garden suitable for children of all ages and dogs. The garden has direct access to Northwood park which has a children's play park and newly refurbished tennis and basketball courts which are free to use. Plenty of garden games are provided to keep the kids entertained including badminton, Boules, tennis balls, netballs, basketballs, footballs and rugby balls!

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including WIFI, utilities, bed linen, towels and beach towels for the swim spa.

We ask that no animals are taken upstairs and shoes are taken off at the door. This is also a no smoking house.
