Sandown is a short drive away, where you will find a wonderful selection of attractions, bars, and restaurants to keep you entertained. Enter the lodge through double patio doors, into the socially open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining table is ideal for enjoying a continental breakfast or a sumptuous evening meal cooked up in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and under counter fridge/freezer. Why not cosy up in the lounge in front of the wood burner, whilst watching your favorite film on the TV or the ever changing views over the ponds. The master bedroom which also overlooks the water, features a king size bed and a wall mounted TV. Finally, the spacious shower room and WC completes the interior of this lodge. Take in the beautiful views overlooking Alverstone ponds from the lodges decked balcony, complete with outdoor patio furniture and private direct access to the ponds. It s the perfect location for bird watching and fish spotting. On site allocated parking is available through gated access. Private fishing is available on site for a fee payable direct to the owner. There is also the use of a shared utility room with a washer/dryer.
