Sleeping two guests on ground floor level this perfect cosy coastal retreat is ideal for a couple or single traveller wishing to explore the delights of the West Wight and beyond. On entering the apartment there is a double bedroom on your left and a bathroom opposite. Ahead there is a light bright living room with a large picture window giving stunning views of the River Yar Estuary, surrounding countryside and Tennyson Downs beyond. There is also a separate modern fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.

To the front of the property is approached via a walled paved area and pathway set back from the road. A side alleyway leads to the communal rear lawned garden. Please can you no smoke in the garden.

Please note there is no on-road parking allowed, however, there is a Council run car park within minutes of the apartment. Tourist permits at are available to purchase by PayByPhone. The service is accessible by internet www.paybyphone.co.uk or by telephoning (01983) 331331. These permits are also valid for all council run car parks across the island. We advise not pre-purchasing these permits as they are valid from the time of purchase! The Tourist Permit is a virtual permit and as such you will not be provided with a permit to display in your vehicle.

Located in Yarmouth, this condo is on the waterfront. Fort Victoria Country Park and Hurst Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The Needles Landmark Attraction and Lymington Sea Water Baths. Robin Hill and Butterfly Paragliding are also worth visiting.
