Well Cottage is a two storey, one bedroom cottage, positioned just behind and adjacent to the main farmhouse. Built in the 17th Century the property is not lacking in character, which is evident from the attractive stone exterior. Internally, the ground floor consists of an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with comfortable seating in front of a wood burner, now a focal point in the old fireplace. The kitchen if fully equipped, so guests can make the most of cooking with some of the delicious local produce, discovered while exploring the island! A shower room, along with a narrow spiral staircase take up the remainder of the ground floor. Once upstairs you'll reach the bedroom via a landing, useful as a dressing area. The bedroom is tastefully furnished, with exposed beams and a king size bed. Outside there is a shared courtyard, with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining, or simply soaking up the sunshine. This charming property is ideal for couples, who may want to bring their dog for long walks across this beautiful Island.

Little Span Farm occupies the western slopes of the Rew Valley, providing some magnificent views of the Island and the English Channel. Situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it used to be part of the Appuldurcombe Estate and is now run as an attractive grassland farm, with grazing sheep. Your stay will allow you to relax and unwind, surrounded by beautiful downland and woods owned by the National Trust.

This cottage is located in Ventnor. Appuldurcombe House and Old St Boniface Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Isle of Wight Owl and Falconry Centre and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. Oceanblue Sea Charters and House of Chilli are also worth visiting.
