Nestled below the impressive National Trust owned St Boniface Downs, Orchard Leigh Cottage is situated in the popular village of Bonchurch and close to the main street in the village with its pretty pond. The cottage is well situated close to Ventnor, and within easy reach of nearby Shanklin and Bembridge. Bonchurch Beach is only a short stroll away, and there are numerous activities and attractions within easy reach. For guests looking to explore and enjoy the outdoors, a stay at this comfortable cottage is ideal.

The cottage has a bright and modern open-planned layout on the ground floor including a seating area, a large and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The french doors from the dining area open out on to the courtyard garden at the front of the property where there is a garden table and chairs with parasol. The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and there is also a separate utility room.

Orchard Leigh Cottage is the smallest of three holiday homes, sharing its location alongside Orchard Leigh Villa and the adjacent Orchard Leigh Grange which in total can accommodate up to 22 guests.
