Located on the edge of the small rural hamlet of Alverstone, the cottage sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with picturesque walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. Less than three miles away, Sandown boasts wonderful sandy beaches and lively entertainment together with a popular golf course. A little closer to home, the village of Newchurch is within walking distance and offers a good public house for enjoying a hearty meal out. Recently converted from a barn, this cottage features charming exposed beams, old wooden floorboards and plenty of natural light throughout. The small yet well equipped modern kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and a dishwasher, everything you should need for preparing delicious meals, which can later be enjoyed at the modern table beside the window.
