A Charming 4 Bed Holiday Lodge With Pool, Cowes

Isle of Wight. Sleeps up to 6

The Debourne lodge is thought to date back to circa 1837 and was formerly a lodge house to the spectacular Northwood Park. The Lodge is Grade II listed and maintains many of its original features.
Situated in Cowes, closeby to Cowes town centre.
This charming cottage includes a fenced pool that is heated in the summer months (May-Sept) and a large open fireplace for the winter.
Unfortunately because of the age of the property it would not be accessible for wheelchairs.

** please be aware we have building works in the garden jan-march as we are having the annex rebuilt. The builders have no access to the house and will not disturb your stay in any way**
The lodge has recently been redecorated throughout and the garden has been completely renovated in May 2022.
The whole garden has been re-patioed with a grass area. The pool has been modernised and re-tiled and is open!!
We have also purchased a 7 burner gas BBQ and new seating furniture.
Spring 2023 we will have a new modern annex that will be able to sleep an additional 4 people.
The property does have some height restrictions mostly upstairs in the three quirky bedrooms, one of which is laid out on two levels, an exciting and interesting room that children would love.

Guest access
A driveway for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking in the surrounding area.

Located in Cowes, this cottage is near theme parks and near the beach. Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Isle of Wight Steam Railway and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. Traveling with kids? Consider Isle of Wight Owl and Falconry Centre and Isle of Wight Zoo. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
