This beautiful holiday home has been recently renovated in 2022, giving it a beautifully stylish and fresh feel. This cottage is set in the famous harbour town of Bembridge which offers local shops, pubs and a lovely beaches all within a mile. For outdoor lovers, there are wonderful walking trails right from the door and easy access to the island s famous coastal path which offer incredible views of the coast and countryside. Why not visit the pretty town of Seaview (4.5miles) and enjoy a drink overlooking the water at the local beachside pub or visit one of the local café s, shops and restaurants that this quaint town has to offer. For history lovers, Carisbrooke Castle (13.5 miles) and Osborne House (15 miles) are not to be missed and for a family adventure why not visit Amazon world (8 miles) or Sandown (5 miles) which offers a typical British day at the seaside. Upon entering this gorgeous holiday home you ll be greeted by the small hall area, ideal for dropping off buckets and spades or kicking off muddy walking shoes. Moving through to your right you will find yourself in the cosy but stylish living room. Offering ample comfortable seating, a fireplace and Smart TV, this is the perfect place to curl up with a hot chocolate and watch a film after a long day out exploring the island. Across the hall is the country style kitchen/diner which is well equipped and makes for the perfect social space to plan or debrief the day. Out the back of the kitchen, there is a small downstairs WC and access to the garden via the back door. Moving upstairs you will find the first king size bedroom to your left and the main family bathroom. Offering stylish, bright décor this lovely bathroom is the perfect spot to soak after a day out on the coastal path. Across the hall, you ve got a king size zip n link room (can be made up as a twin upon request) and the final room on this floor is the third king size room which offers a lovely en suite shower room. Heading back downstairs and through the living room, there s the conservatory offering comfy seating and a view of the garden, ideal for curling up with a good book. There s access to the spacious, enclosed garden from the conservatory with furniture and BBQ. As this garden is a sun trap it makes for the perfect place for alfresco dining.
