Characterful 3 bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Cowes, within a few minutes walk from the Red Jet terminal. Nestled in the middle of the high street, our stylish, family friendly property is in the perfect location for cocktail bars, pubs, restaurants and shops.
This is the prize location for socialising in the town and adventuring the Isle of Wight.

Marina View looks out onto the yard of Cowes Yacht Haven Marina, with views extending across the water to East Cowes and up the Solent.
The secluded entrance is at the back of Quba shop, in a small gated courtyard.
This old seaman's cottage has been decorated with a calming, costal vibe and retains its character with some sloping ceilings and floors.

The accommodation is split across 3 levels with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ample room to comfortably house families and friends.
All three of the bedrooms can be made up to have single beds, perfect for friends getting away or a boat crew house. The main bedroom is a zip and link mattress, so easily a king bed or two singles.

In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine.
Wi-fi connection is reached throughout the property.
We do not have any outdoor space other than a small shared courtyard. But, we can recommended a very short, 2 min walk, to Pontoon View for a outdoor coffee in the sunshine.

There are several beaches within walking distance and a chain ferry that can take you over to East Cowes for more exploring.

There are plenty of easy routes to the Isle of Wight. The high speed Red Jet passenger ferry sets off from Southampton, surrounded by long stay car parks and lands in Cowes just a few minutes walk from Marina View. The Red Funnel and Wightlink operate a car ferry service throughout the day and night and land within a 15 minute drive away.

There are bike hire shops locally if you fancy leaving the car on the mainland.

Please note - The stairwell leading from the entrance hall to the first floor is steep and narrow so not suitable for those with restricted mobility.
