Fernhill Farm is home to two stunning, purpose built barn conversions called Lacewood Barn and Oak Barn, which are set within a peaceful farm location. Close by and within easy reach is the popular town of Ryde and its surrounding beaches.
Internally, each barn retains many character features including wooden beams in the vaulted ceiling and wood burners that act as a focal point for the living area. Externally, the patios and enclosed rear gardens can be accessed through double doors from the living area and each feature a table and four chairs, ideal for dining al fresco. The two gardens are separated by a removable fence panel which can be removed on request to create a large spacious garden area.
For a range of amenities the village of Wootton Bridge is close by. Wootton Bridge has a little supermarket, various take away venues and pubs, all within a few minutes’ walk. The Lakeside Hotel and Spa is close to the farm where guests can go to for an evening meal, and all guests at Fernhill Farm receive a 20% discount off the spa treatments available at the hotel. As well as the hotel restaurant there is a nearby inn, which is a carvery style pub and has pub gardens and lovely views.
Alternatively, the popular seaside town of Ryde is a short drive away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.

Isle of Wight Steam Railway and Osborne House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Bembridge Beach. Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Isle of Wight Zoo are also worth visiting.
