Accessed via a side entrance, be welcomed into a spacious sitting room, complete with a large wrap-around sofa, a TV for your entertainment needs and a cosy electric fire to keep you nice and toasty. Additionally, your children can hang out in the snug room complete with a piano, TV, beanbags and cupboards of toys and board games. Walk through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, able to seat up to eight guests overlooking the enclosed back garden, perfect for gathering together over a scrumptious meal and a well-deserved glass of wine. Fitted to a very high-standard, this kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances for cooking up a storm and has been furnished with everything you could want. Choose to enjoy some quiet time reading in the conservatory where there is a cosy seating area, and table with chairs where you can indulge in board games and cards, or dine here whilst watching the spectacular views in the summer. Once the evening draws to a close, get some much needed rest in one of the four good-sized bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a super king bed. There is another super king bed that can be separated into two singles if required. The other two are a double and twin rooms. A travel cot is provided that can be put up in any room. Three bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes for storing your clothes and matching bedside tables and lamps for some late night reading. As well as a ground floor shower room with WC and basin, on the first floor there is a family bathroom with the choice of a bath or shower over so you can enjoy a warm soak at the end of a tiring day. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and gravelled areas so you can sit out in the evening sun with a refreshing drink in hand. Located on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, this property benefits from many coastal delights with superb views across Sandown and Shanklin beaches. Set less than five minutes from the coastal path and Sandown beach, there really is everything on your doorstep that you could need. Walking and cycling routes around the island give opportunity to explore some stunning areas of the island. Thanks to the location there are plenty of restaurants and traditional pubs nearby. A selection of shops and supermarkets are within walking distance and perfect for picking up any last-minute ingredients for dinner. Within minutes is an enclosed childrens playground and close by is Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club, whilst the coast has opportunities for all manner of watersports. If you're an animal lover, you will delight in visiting the Isle of Wight Zoo, Amazon World zoo, the falconry haven or the donkey sanctuary there is a variety of activities for all the family.
