This 1920's terraced house is spread over three floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Comfortable living room with large sofa, cozy fireplace and TV with on-demand services such as Netflix.
An open plan kitchen/dining area with plenty of character. You will also find a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, lots of cooking utensils and a dining table and chairs.
Double bedroom with comfortable bed and hanging space and drawers for your clothes.
FIRST FLOOR
Two spacious bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. One double and one twin.
A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and hanging space fr drying clothes.
Stylish shower room with toiletries.
SECOND FLOOR
A fantastic master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a huge en-suite bathroom that has been finished to an extremely high standard, with both a large walk-in shower and large luxury bath.
If you are driving you will require a visitors parking permit which cost £3 per day per vehicle. These can be purchased via the marketplace section in the digital guidebook when send you once you make a booking.
This is a great neighbourhood. You are close to lots of bars lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants on Albert Road. Just a few minutes walk to the seafront area where you will find plenty of other activities too, such as;
• Canoe Lake and recreational park
• Tennis courts
• Pitch and putt
• Model village
For craft beer lovers there are a couple of awesome options nearby. The Merchant house is just 5 mins walk and has a huge selection of craft beers and some amazing street food style dishes. A 15 min walk in the opposite direction will take you to Staggeringly good brewery. Fantastic cool warehouse venue where they brew there own beers and also offer pizza.
Taxis are cheap and plentiful. You also have Uber in the area.
There are plenty of buses that run along Albert/Highland Rd and Fratton train station is just a 15 walk away.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £600 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £150.
